Where is your team based? Do you Travel?

We are based in Mcminnville, Oregon. We love our little town, but we are also experienced travelers - ready and willing to travel anywhere your love story takes us, stateside or internationally.

Do You also photograph elopements or micro weddings?

Absolutely. We’re passionate about intimate celebrations and would love to support your vision. We have a dedicated elopement guide prepared for you, and once we learn more about what you’re envisioning, we’ll create a custom package tailored to fit your needs perfectly.

How do YOU approach storytelling for smaller, more personal celebrations?

We approach smaller, more personal celebrations with the same level of intention as a large-scale wedding—just with a deeper focus on nuance and connection. With fewer moving parts, we’re able to slow down and be more attentive to the in-between moments: the quiet exchanges, subtle emotions, and meaningful details that might otherwise go unnoticed.

Rather than directing the day, we gently guide when needed and allow space for things to unfold naturally. This results in a gallery that feels intimate, immersive, and true to your experience—capturing not just how it looked, but how it felt.

How many photos will i receive in my final gallery?

The number of images depends on the amount of coverage you choose. When we shoot as a team, we typically deliver 100–125 photos per hour, though your final gallery may include even more. This allows us to document your day thoughtfully, ensuring every meaningful moment is preserved.

When and how will i receive my gallery?

We deliver a curated “mini gallery” within 7 days of your wedding as a sneak peek, typically including 50–75 images. While our contract guarantees full gallery delivery within 12 weeks, we aim to have your complete gallery ready within 4–5 weeks whenever possible.

Each image is thoughtfully edited with a high level of care and attention to detail. If you’d prefer expedited delivery, we offer a rush option with a 2-week turnaround for $1,500.

Do you offer albums or prints?

Yes—we offer both custom-designed fine-art albums and high quality prints as a way to bring your images off the screen and into your everyday life. Your photographs are meant to be experienced in a tangible way, and we believe there’s nothing quite like holding your memories in print. These albums and prints are produced through vetted and trusted labs to ensure true-to-color, archival-quality results.

What if I want to keep my gallery private?

By default, we may share a few select images with vendors or feature a handful on our social media or website, but we always respect your communicated preferences.

If you’d like to keep your images private, we offer multiple levels of control. You can always hide individual photos within your gallery, which keeps them between you and your spouse and signals us that you don't prefer those photos to be shared. When requested, we can password-protect the entire gallery so only you—and anyone else with the password—can access it. For full control we also offer an NDA option for a 10% fee.

Just let us know your preferences, and we’ll ensure your photos are shared in a way that feels secure, personal, and comfortable for you.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We are very flexible.
After your 25% non-refundable deposit, remaining payments can be split into as many installments as you’d like. We kindly ask that the final payment be made one month prior to your wedding date. Our goal is to make your investment in your photography as seamless and stress-free as possible.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend reserving your date as early as possible, as we take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every couple receives a thoughtful, high-touch experience. Most couples book 10-14 months in advance, though popular dates—especially during peak season—tend to fill up even sooner.

If your timeline is shorter, we’d still love to hear from you. When available, we’re always happy to accommodate weddings on shorter notice—we love a good ol' shotgun wedding! Even if we aren't available, we will send you a list of trusted photographers similar to our style. 

What if our vision doesn't fit in one of your packages?

Our preset packages are meant to provide a guideline for pricing, not a rule. Every couple and every wedding is unique, and we love when couples think outside the box. We prioritize full coverage tailored to your day and are happy to hear about your priorities so we can create a custom proposal that fits your vision perfectly. 
Increasingly, we’re leaning toward fully customized packages to ensure every wedding is captured exactly as it should be.
